6th Annual Durango Film Festival

The fifth Durango Film Festival will take place in the historic Rocky Mountain town of Durango, Colorado, March 4-12, 2006.

The juried 10-day festival presents independent feature films, documentaires, anitmated films, shorts, children's, and regional works. In addition, the festival offers educational salons, VIP panels, and filmmaker discussions on filmmaking and film as an art form, and host a variety of parties and receptions. On Saturday, March 11, 2006, the winners of the Golden Quakie Awards will be announced, and receive encore screenings on Sunday to close the festival.
